Apple and Google don't allow sweepstakes-style gaming apps in their stores — it's a content-policy ban, not a safety issue. That's why the platforms distribute their apps from their own websites instead.
When you install one, Android will show a "this file may be dangerous" warning because the app didn't come from the Play Store. That warning is generic and shows for any app installed outside the store. On iPhone, the platforms use TestFlight or Safari-based play depending on the platform.
We work with 13+ platforms specifically because no single one is perfect. If a platform starts paying slowly, has glitches, or stops paying, we'll tell you and recommend switching to another. You can play on multiple platforms with one rayLeix account.
Worth knowing: we don't control the platforms. We're a third party that helps you access them. If a platform shuts down or has problems, we'll do what we can on your side, but the platform itself is outside our reach.
Deposits: You tap 💰 Deposit, fill in the amount, choose a payment method. We tell you where to send it (our Cash App, Zelle, etc.). You send. We credit your platform account once we see the payment.
Cashouts: You tap 💵 Cashout, fill in the amount and your payment handle. We deduct from the platform balance and send via your chosen app.
Payments through Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and similar apps are generally irreversible — same as paying cash. We'll always confirm in the chat with a timestamp so you have a record.
Most cashouts process within minutes once we receive your request, as long as the platform balance verifies cleanly. You'll see a "Payout Sent" confirmation in the chat when it's done.
Occasionally a platform is slow on its end, or a payment app holds a transaction for review. If that happens we'll tell you in real time.
